How the Race Works

A qualifying customer must subscribe to the Huggable Heros newsletter and complete a qualifying purchase during the campaign. There is no drawing or random selection intended to determine the milestone recipients; qualifying purchases are placed in chronological order using Huggable Heros transaction records.

Returns and reversals: A purchase that is returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed is removed from eligibility. Buying and then returning merchandise does not preserve milestone qualification.

The custom Huggable Hero reward is subject to Huggable Heros’ family-friendly, G-rated standards, manufacturing feasibility, intellectual-property requirements, and final production specifications. Additional eligibility, verification, notification, tax, geographic, age, timing, tie-resolution and fulfillment terms will apply in the Official Rules.

Important: The campaign begins from its official launch; historical Huggable Heros customers are not counted toward the campaign milestones. Huggable Heros does not publish the current qualifying-customer count.
